Key Responsibilities:
* Candidate sourcing & screening
* Interview coordination & follow-ups
* Recruitment portal handling
* Joining & onboarding coordination
* Maintain recruitment data & trackers
* Assist in day-to-day Hr and Admin Activities.
Requirements:
* MBA/PGDM – HR preferred
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* Basic MS Excel knowledge
* Immediate joiners preferred
