Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: Changodar Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Preference will be given to candidates from Gujarat.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter and update purchase orders in the ERP/software system.
- Maintain vendor, supplier, and product master data.
- Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents.
- Update inventory and purchase records accurately.
- Prepare purchase reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain proper filing of purchase documents.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel,(VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) MS Word, and ERP/Tally software.
