B2C E-commerce Executive – Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and process customer Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify order details, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements before processing.
- Enter and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, and customer information in the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor order status from receipt to delivery and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, shipment updates, delivery schedules, and order-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, shipment details, and customer communications.
- Track open orders and ensure timely follow-up with internal teams to meet customer deadlines.
- Assist in preparing quotations, order acknowledgments, invoices, and other sales support documentation.
- Resolve order processing issues, discrepancies, and customer concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order status, sales activities, backlog, and fulfillment performance.
- Support inventory planning by coordinating order requirements with procurement and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and documentation standards.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Customer Service teams as required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling customer orders and records.
- Support management with special projects, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital operations (entry-level positions may accept fresh graduates).
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
