Responsibilities:
* Draft and review agreements like leave & license agreements, vendor contracts,
employment letters, and more.
* Make sure all our documents are legally sound and up to date.
* Keep track of renewals and paperwork deadlines.
* Support new outlet openings which will include due diligence of property papers,
licenses, and local permissions.
* Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and authorities.
* Work with advisors and internal teams to ensure we’re ready from a legal and
compliance point of view.
* Stay updated on laws that affect our business (FSSAI, labor laws, POSH, etc.).
* Make sure we’re following all regulations across our outlets and offices.
* Coordinate with legal consultants when needed.
* Be the go-to person for legal concerns from our teams. Help us manage risk while
supporting business goals.
Qualifications:
* Law graduate (LLB) with 2–5 years of experience (F&B, retail, or hospitality is a bonus)
* Experienced in contract drafting, IPR, property documentation, and company law.
* Familiar with basics of capital markets law, compliance filings, and general corporate
governance
* Good at communicating, organized, proactive and able to work independently
