This position is essential for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of Azure Active Directory services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements By Implementing Best Practices In Azure Active Directory Management And Support Operations.
2. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Root Cause Analysis Using Azure Active Directory Tools To Ensure Efficient Resolution.
3. Contribute To Knowledge Base Updates And Management By Documenting Solutions And Processes Related To Azure Active Directory Incidents And Resolutions.
4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas Using Azure Active Directory, Ensuring Timely And Effective Solutions To Customer Issues.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Csat Through First Call Resolution Initiatives And By Minimizing The Number Of Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Azure Active Directory Management And Troubleshooting.
2. Solid Understanding Of Support Ticketing Systems And Sla Management.
3. Familiarity With Customer Service Best Practices And Techniques For Improving Csat.
