Experience: 3 to 4 years in Transportation and Logistics
Qualification: Any Graduate - Preferable in Logistics & Supply Chain
Language Required: English, Hindi, and Tamil (Must for Southern role; Hindi & English essential for Western role)
Salary Range: ₹3L to ₹3.40L per month + Allowances & Performance Incentives

Required Skills & Competencies
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Cement, Steel, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, or Defence logistics.
- Vehicle Expertise: Knowledge of bulker tankers, trailers, open-body trucks, and container transport.
- Operations Expertise: Handling industry-specific transportation requirements, including JIT and long-haul movements.
- Client Handling: Experience managing B2B clients and major accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with RFI, RFQ, GeM, ULIP Portal, Excel, ERP tools, and SAP Ariba.
- Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil with strong coordination skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong understanding of market rates, brokers, and fleet operations.
- Reporting: Ability to prepare and maintain business development and client reports.
