* *Position:* Business Development Executive (BDE)
* *Location:* Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
* *Openings:* 2
* *Qualification:* Any Degree or above
* *Experience:* 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
* *Age Limit:* Below 35 years
* *Work Type:* Field Sales (Approximately 90% travel across other states)
* *Gender:* Male & Female candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
* Prospect and meet potential industrial clients.
* Present and promote the company's corrugated packaging solutions.
* Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Travel extensively to meet customers, conduct business meetings, and expand the company's market presence.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in the packaging or corrugated box manufacturing industry is preferred.
* Experienced candidates should have worked with a *Fully Automated Corrugated Box Manufacturing Company*.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluency in *English* is mandatory.
* Fluency in *Hindi* is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of additional regional or international languages is a plus.
* Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively (approximately *90% across other states*).
