Job Description – Production Engineer
Location: Pune, Shirwal
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Preffered: Automotive Industry
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities
- Achieve production targets with required quality standards
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
- Improve processes to reduce downtime and increase productivity
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Monitor machines and support troubleshooting
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen (preferred)
- Good communication and computer skills
