We're Hiring – Cutting Manager
Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Koelle Designs Private Limited is looking for an experienced Cutting Manager to lead and optimize our cutting department. If you have strong expertise in garment manufacturing, production planning, fabric utilization, and team management, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete cutting department operations.
- Plan daily cutting as per production priorities and PPC.
- Ensure optimum fabric utilization and minimize cutting wastage.
- Supervise marker planning, fabric spreading, cutting, numbering, and bundling.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Fabric Store, PPC, Production, and Quality teams.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and on-time issue of cut panels.
- Maintain cutting quality standards and reduce rejection.
- Lead and develop the cutting team while ensuring discipline and workplace safety.
- Implement continuous process improvements and maintain departmental KPIs.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ 8–15 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as Cutting Manager/Assistant Cutting Manager.
✔ Strong knowledge of woven garments and marker efficiency.
✔ Hands-on experience with manual and automatic cutting processes.
✔ Good understanding of fabric consumption, shrinkage, shade management, and cutting room controls.
✔ Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
