Job Summary
A Telemarketing Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote logistics services, generate leads, schedule meetings for the sales team, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves understanding customer shipping requirements and offering suitable transportation and logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
- Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Explain the company's logistics, transportation, warehousing, and courier services.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding shipments and service requirements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services and pricing.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare call reports and customer feedback reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
