NovaCraft Technologies is hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) for a full-time Work From Home position. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, identifying potential national and international clients, contacting prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls, understanding client requirements, following up with prospects, scheduling meetings, and helping convert leads into clients. The candidate will promote our services including website development, mobile app development, custom software development, UI/UX, SEO and digital marketing. Good communication, convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills are required. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply, while previous experience in BDA, BDE, sales or lead generation will be an advantage. Salary offered is ₹11,000–₹20,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.
