We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR to oversee and manage all human resource functions with one of our clients organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, policy implementation, training & development, and administrative activities. The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development plans.
Design and coordinate training and development programs.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, leave management, and attendance processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for management review.
Manage administrative activities and support organizational operations.
Mentor and guide HR team members while collaborating with department heads to achieve business goals.
Stay updated on HR trends, employment legislation, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
Experience in HRMS and payroll processing.
Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience in HR automation and process improvement initiatives.
Exposure to employee engagement and culture-building programs.
Strong reporting and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
