Money Talks is a premier Australian financial services and consultancy firm. We are expanding our offshore operational team in Barnala, Punjab, and are seeking dedicated accounting professionals to manage high-quality financial profiles and portfolios for our Australian corporate clients.
Job Description & Core Responsibilities:
As an Accountant, you will be dealing extensively with client portfolios involving specialized Australian corporate frameworks. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Core Accounting & Bookkeeping: Oversee, update, and cross-verify daily ledgers, financial entries, and account reconciliations for corporate clients based in Australia.
- Taxation Support: Assist in preparing and organizing documentation required for Australian taxation structures, ensuring absolute data integrity.
- Financial Reporting: Draft, analyze, and review comprehensive bank reports, project reports, and cash flow statements for compliance checks.
- Software Management: Maintain accurate financial records using standard cloud-accounting software compliant with Australian accounting practices.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). Higher qualifications (such as M.Com or MBA Finance) will be an advantage.
- Residency: Must be a strict local resident of Barnala, Punjab. (Candidates from outside Barnala will not be considered for this local office footprint).
- Experience: Prior experience in bookkeeping, taxation, KPO, or global accounting frameworks is highly preferable. Fresh, exceptionally skilled B.Com graduates with strong fundamentals may also apply.
- Communication: Strong professional English verbal and written communication skills are essential to coordinate effectively with onshore Australian management.
Shift & Work Schedule:
- Work Shift: Australian Standard Time alignment.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
