About the Role
Plex Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technical operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth and secure IT operations while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
- Lead the IT team and provide technical guidance and support.
- Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, websites, and business applications.
- Monitor cybersecurity, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Troubleshoot critical technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and documentation.
- Prepare IT reports and support management with technology planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, ERP/CRM systems, and IT security.
- CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
