About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our architectural practice. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, hands-on site execution experience, and the ability to independently handle projects from concept design through construction completion.
The candidate will work closely with senior architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure that design intent is successfully translated into built form while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Documentation
- Develop architectural concepts, design presentations, and detailed design solutions.
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate design development with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Assist in material selection, detailing, and preparation of specifications.
- Produce high-quality client presentations.
Project Execution & Site Management
- Manage and monitor architectural execution on-site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to resolve construction-related issues.
- Review shop drawings and material samples.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and snag lists.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 4–5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Experience handling residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects.
- Ability to interpret and prepare construction drawings and technical details.
- Good understanding of site coordination, quality control, and project management.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
