Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
1. Manage team utilization and project staffing for the consulting team.
2. Lead SAP S/4 consulting projects during assessment, preparation, implementation, and rollouts.
3. Manage client relationships, primarily with CXOs and senior management and drive consensus with stakeholders on program scope, delivery and value realization.
4. Education BE/B Tech/Master ( MCA,MBA,Mcom ) and SAP certified in ABAP/MM/SD/FICO
5. Certification in SAP S/4HANA Activate.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. 15-20 years of experience in SAP advisory consulting, program management with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales
2. Must have excellent communication skill and consulting mindset.
3. Must have experience of project management for delivering advisory and implementation projects in S/4 HANA business transformation.
4. Should be familiar with the SAP portfolio of products and fitment across the industrial value-chain like Transport Management, EWM, Ariba, IBP, MDG
5. Must be familiar with S/4 HANA specific features, innovations, and solution architecture.
6. Possess strong consulting knowledge of SAP solution architecture and experience in the process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configurations, testing and deployment for S/4HANA.
