· Polymer carriers
· Processing additives and compatibilizers
· Pigments and fillers
· Specialty chemicals for biodegradable additive production
· Catalysts, stabilizers, and modifiers
2. Supplier Management
· Identify and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers
· Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
· Maintain supplier database and performance records
· Conduct periodic vendor evaluation
3. Cost Control & Procurement Planning
· Ensure procurement at competitive prices without compromising quality
· Monitor market trends in polymer and chemical prices
· Optimize purchase quantities and inventory levels
· Support cost reduction initiatives
4. Quality & Compliance Coordination
· Ensure materials meet technical specifications
· Verify COA, TDS, and quality documents from suppliers
· Coordinate with QC and production teams for material approval
· Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
5. Inventory & Documentation Management
· Maintain purchase records and documentation
· Track material consumption and reorder levels
· Coordinate with stores and production for stock planning
· Ensure timely delivery of materials
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
· Understanding of polymer and chemical raw materials
· Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory systems
· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple suppliers
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or any related field.
Experience Requirement
2–3 years experience in procurement or purchasing. Experience in plastics, polymer, masterbatch, or chemical industry preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
