Role Overview

The role Business Development will lead strategic revenue growth initiatives for the OOH advertising business, drive key client partnerships, expand market presence, and oversee high-value sales opportunities across traditional and digital OOH platforms.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth strategies for OOH and DOOH advertising verticals.
Lead revenue generation, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
Build strong relationships with top brands, media agencies, government bodies, and strategic partners.
Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and innovative media solutions.
Drive large-scale negotiations, commercial closures, and long-term contracts.
Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve organizational targets.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for seamless campaign execution.
Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, and industry developments.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Ensure achievement of annual sales targets, profitability, and business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
10–15+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, OOH/DOOH, or related industries.
Established network within brands and media agencies preferred.
