Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly skilled and versatile Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to join Diginnovators Solutions at our Pune office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development initiatives, managing technical teams, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications across multiple technologies.
The role requires hands-on experience in WordPress, Laravel, ReactJS, PHP, and NodeJS along with the ability to guide developers, review code quality, and drive best development practices. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project execution, system architecture, troubleshooting, and timely delivery of client requirements.
The ideal professional should possess strong problem-solving skills, technical decision-making abilities, and a passion for innovation while ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality development standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the development team throughout the project lifecycle
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications
- Manage frontend and backend development activities
- Review code and ensure adherence to best development practices
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams for requirement gathering and project execution
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality standards
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Full Stack Development
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Expertise in backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and version control systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
