CNC Fabric Cutting Machine Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Fabric Cutting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating CNC fabric cutting machines and be proficient in CorelDRAW for preparing and editing cutting files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC fabric cutting machines for accurate cutting of plush toy fabrics and related materials.
- Prepare, edit, and optimize cutting layouts using CorelDRAW.
- Convert patterns and artwork into machine-ready cutting files.
- Ensure efficient fabric utilization and minimize wastage.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance checks.
- Inspect cut components for accuracy and quality before releasing them to production.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams regarding pattern modifications and cutting requirements.
- Maintain production records and machine operation logs.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is mandatory.
- Experience operating CNC fabric cutting machines, laser cutting machines, or similar equipment.
- Ability to read patterns, measurements, and technical specifications.
- Basic understanding of fabric types and material handling.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Prior experience in soft toys, garments, textiles, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in CNC fabric cutting operations.
Pay: ₹23,086.00 - ₹30,846.40 per month
