Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Executive to support the school's human resource functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and sound administrative capabilities to effectively manage employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, and staff engagement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
- Support hiring managers in recruitment and selection activities.
- Facilitate joining formalities and employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and HR records.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete and updated.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database systems.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, experience letters, and other official documents.
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary processing.
- Maintain records related to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, professional tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Support employee exits, full and final settlements, and compliance-related documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related support.
- Foster positive employee relations and a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in organizing staff meetings, training sessions, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes as required.
Policy & Process Management
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and workplace standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Required Skills & QualificationsHR & Administrative Skills
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance processes.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage HR databases, reports, and digital records efficiently.
- Strong data management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
