Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive (0–1 years experience) who understands the basics, is eager to learn, and is comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be involved in content creation, execution, and ad basics, not just posting.
What You’ll Do
- Planning and executing social media content
- Shoot and help create Reels and short-form content
- Be comfortable appearing in content when required
- Manage posting across platforms (Instagram, etc.)
- Running and optimizing Meta Ads
- Work on captions, hooks, and basic content ideas
- Maintain content calendars and reports using Google Sheets
- Use tools like ChatGPT to improve efficiency and ideation
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in social media (internships count)
- Basic understanding of Instagram & Meta Ads
- Knows how to shoot content on phone (Reels, angles, lighting basics)
- Familiar with tools like Canva / CapCut (or similar)
- Good communication skills
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Someone who is proactive, curious, and willing to hustle
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas (not just execute)

Location: Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi (WFO)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday–Friday + 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on skillset)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
