Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Industry: PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Industry / structural steel / fabrication
Job Summary:
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Engineer for our PEB manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring fabrication and production activities to ensure timely completion of projects with required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production activities for PEB components.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per project schedules, approved drawings, and timelines.
- Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, fit-up, welding, drilling, assembly, finishing, and painting.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement departments for smooth production flow.
- Ensure all production activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to minimize wastage and improve productivity.
- Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies on the shop floor.
- Prepare daily production reports, progress updates, and MIS documentation.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support factory audits, inspections, and client visits.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PEB fabrication and structural steel production
- Understanding of welding and fabrication processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings and production plans
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
