Role Overview
We are hiring a disciplined and detail-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, maintaining MIS reports, and managing digital documentation for a high-value lighting business. Projects range from ₹5 lakh to multi-crore commercial orders. Accuracy and ownership are critical.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate and structured customer quotations based on BOQs and pricing inputs.
· Build and manage Excel costing sheets using strong formulas.
· Generate and maintain MIS reports (sales tracking, order status, margin tracking as required).
· Coordinate with sales team for pricing revisions, updates, and corrections.
· Maintain organized digital documentation and structured file systems.
· Ensure error-free calculations and timely report submission.
· Support day-to-day back-office commercial operations.
Required Skills & Experience
· 2–5 years of experience in Sales / commercial operations (Lighting / Interior / Building Materials preferred).
· Strong command over Microsoft Excel with excellent understanding of formulas.
· Ability to build structured calculation sheets with high numerical accuracy.
· Good computer and email communication skills.
· High attention to detail.
· Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
· Ability to handle responsibility involving high-value projects.

Selection Process
Candidates will be required to complete a practical Excel test involving live quotation preparation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
