We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a passionate and creative Graphics Designer Cum Video Editor for our Spreadism – Nagpur Branch Office.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand concepts and ideas for post creation shared by the Project Manager
- Design creative sample posts and visual concepts according to requirements
- Suggest engaging taglines, captions, and creative ideas for social media content
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for approvals and revisions
- Conduct extensive online research on current design trends and techniques
- Create original design concepts and innovative ideas independently
- Design graphics for social media platforms and marketing campaigns
- Edit and create engaging videos, reels, animations, and promotional content
- Work efficiently with latest AI tools for creative content generation and productivity
- Maintain creativity and consistency across brand identity and campaigns
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut and After Effects
- Knowledge of current AI tools, AI image/video generation tools and animation platforms
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and social media content creation
- Creative mindset with excellent concept development abilities
- Passionate, dedicated and result-oriented approach towards work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BFA Preferable)
- Fresher OR 6 Months+ experience in Graphics Designing / Video Editing
- Hands-on expertise in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut and After Effects
- Must have knowledge of AI-powered design and video generation tools
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent creativity, concept development and visualization skills
