Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth
- Achieve branch-level sales targets across financial fitness products:
- Goal planning, budgeting & taxation
- Loans, insurance, investments & estate planning
- Provide customized financial advisory to HNI & retail clients
- Build long-term client relationships, improve retention and wallet share
- Analyze sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue metrics
- Lead and manage sales teams & channel partners
- Execute lead generation via telecalling, referrals, local marketing & partnerships
- Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance
Eligibility & Skills
- 8+ years experience in BFSI / Wealth Management / Financial Services Sales
- Strong expertise in client acquisition, revenue management & analytics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of financial products and compliance norms
Certifications (Preferred)
- CFP preferred
- NISM XA–XB (or willingness to pursue)
