- Supervise jewellery production planning and execution.
- Ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor karigar productivity, wastage, and production efficiency.
- Improve manufacturing processes and reduce operational costs.
Supply Chain & Procurement
- Oversee sourcing of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other raw materials.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Optimize procurement costs while ensuring quality and timely availability.
- Manage inventory planning and stock movement.
Operations Management
- Establish SOPs across all departments.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance.
- Improve workflow efficiency and interdepartmental coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution from order booking to delivery.
Sales & Customer Relationship
- Support B2B and B2C sales teams in achieving revenue targets.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strengthen CRM processes and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns.
Finance & Business Performance
- Manage operational budgets and cost control.
- Review profitability, margins, inventory turnover, and cash flow.
- Present MIS reports and operational dashboards to management.
- Drive continuous improvement in business performance.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with BIS Hallmarking, GJEPC guidelines, GST, labour laws, and company policies.
- Maintain quality control throughout production and retail operations.
- Implement risk management and internal controls.
People Leadership
- Lead and mentor department heads.
- Build a high-performance culture.
- Develop succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership development.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
