Job Summary: We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or a candidate with a robust finance background to support our valuation team. The primary focus of this role will be providing critical financial inputs, conducting financial valuations, and assisting in the preparation of specialized reports such as Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) Studies and Lenders Independent Engineer (LIE) Studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the financial analysis and modeling required for Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) Studies and Lenders Independent Engineer (LIE) reports.
- Provide accurate financial inputs, cash flow analyses, and financial projections to be integrated into comprehensive valuation reports for Real Estate and Plant & Machinery.
- Conduct financial valuation exercises, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis and other relevant valuation methodologies.
- Analyze historical financial statements, balance sheets, and project costs to assess financial feasibility and risk.
- Collaborate closely with technical valuation experts and engineers to ensure financial data aligns seamlessly with technical findings.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing high-quality reports for banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), CFA, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, corporate finance, or project finance. Experience with TEV and LIE studies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and project finance metrics (IRR, NPV, DSCR).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex financial concepts in technical reports.
