Admin Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Administration Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, office infrastructure, and basic IT support activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing laptops and Wi-Fi/network-related support, and maintaining a productive workplace environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the office
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and facilities
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Monitor office assets, stationery, and utility requirements
- Support employee seating, workspace setup, and office arrangements
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the workplace
IT & Network Support
- Handle laptop allocation, installation, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate system setup for new joiners and employee exits
- Manage office Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity support
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for technical issues and AMC support
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory
- Ensure smooth functioning of printers, internet, and office devices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration and basic IT support
- Basic understanding of laptops, Wi-Fi, networking, and office systems
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and vendor coordination effectively
Preferred Skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and IT asset management
- Good organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
