Bitkraft Technologies LLP is looking for an HR Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills, communication skills, ability to enforce policies, a knack for technological recruitment and to be familiar with HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR & Policy Management
- Work closely with management to formulate HR policies and support key organizational decisions
- Align HR practices with business goals and organizational growth
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across roles
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and hiring partners
- Source candidates through job portals, vendors, and direct applications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Draft and roll out offer letters and appointment letters
3. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with employees to understand concerns and feedback
- Plan and execute employee engagement and training initiatives
- Schedule and manage quarterly and annual performance review cycles
4. Onboarding & Exit Management
- Manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation and induction
- Handle exit formalities, including clearances and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
5. Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing and vendor management
- Collect and verify payroll inputs such as attendance, working days, and bank details
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll execution
6. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee information systems and records
- Manage and track company hardware/assets allocated to employees
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and share employee utilization reports for clients
- Maintain HR metrics and reports to support management decision-making
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Executive/Manager
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information System (Zoho) preferred
- Work Experience in an IT Services company
- Knowledge about Zoho people and Zoho Payroll
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- BMS in HR or relevant experience
