Role Overview: The Graduate Engineer Business Excellence will support the implementation and sustainment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across departments. The role involves driving continuous improvement activities, monitoring operational performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of TPM methodologies and Lean Manufacturing tools
- Understanding of 5S, SMED, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel / PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
