Job Title: Unreal Engine Game Developer cum Mentor
Location: Kerala (On-site)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Kerala Based Unreal Engine Game Developer cum Mentor who enjoys both developing games and mentoring aspiring game developers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to guide students through real-world game development projects.
Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Unreal Engine game development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality games and interactive experiences using Unreal Engine 5.
- Design and implement gameplay systems using Blueprints and/or C++.
- Mentor students through project-based learning and practical assignments.
- Conduct technical sessions, workshops, and code reviews.
- Assist students in building portfolio-quality game projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine features and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the academic and development teams to improve course content.
- Participate in internal game development and R&D activities.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
- Good understanding of Blueprint Visual Scripting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of C++.
- Understanding of game mechanics, level design, UI systems, animation, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring game developers.
