Job Description
Scalabox Technologies is looking for a motivated and skilled Mobile App Developer /Software Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile application development, UI implementation, REST API integration, debugging, and version control. Freshers with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on project experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, user-friendly mobile applications.
- Build responsive and interactive mobile application interfaces based on UI/UX designs.
- Develop application features using Flutter, React Native, Android Java/Kotlin, or relevant mobile technologies.
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with databases and securely manage application data.
- Implement user authentication, authorization, notifications, and other application features.
- Test applications across different devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
- Optimize applications for speed, stability, usability, and reliability.
- Work with tools such as Git, GitHub, Postman, Firebase, Android Studio, and/or Xcode.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Follow software development standards, coding practices, and security guidelines.
- Support application deployment to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
- Monitor released applications and implement improvements, fixes, and new features.
- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and development best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Dart, JavaScript, or TypeScript depending on the chosen mobile technology.
- Understanding of Mobile UI development and navigation.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, and API integration.
- Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with Postman and debugging tools.
- Understanding of mobile application lifecycle and deployment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Flutter / React Native / Android SDK.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Node.js, or other backend APIs.
- Experience with Firebase Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Firestore, or Firebase Storage.
- Knowledge of app security and secure API communication.
- Experience publishing or maintaining applications on the Play Store/App Store.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development.
Education
- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc / MCA / equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Role Summary
As a Mobile App Developer at Scalabox Technologies, you will work across the complete mobile application development lifecycle — planning, designing, developing, integrating, testing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications.
Pay: ₹12,037.32 - ₹59,821.47 per month
