Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Career Counsellor & Telecaller to join our team in Dwarka Sector 12, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling and communication skills, experience in handling student enquiries, and the ability to convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide career counselling and guidance to prospective students and professionals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to enquiries effectively.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to drive admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Career Counselling.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in the education, training, or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
