Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) Administrator/Engineer to support instrumentation engineering databases and digital engineering systems for major Oil & Gas projects. The role involves SPI administration, project setup, database management, system customization, troubleshooting, and user support across FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) environments.
- Manage SPI databases, project setup, user access, templates, and workflows.
- Support Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Loop Diagrams, Hook-ups, Wiring & Interconnection, and Datasheet modules.
- Ensure data integrity, database backups, reporting, and system performance.
- Support integration with SmartPlant Foundation (SPF/SDx), SmartPlant P&ID, Smart 3D, and other engineering systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, engineering standards, and client specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects.
- Experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Brownfield, and Greenfield projects.
- Middle East project experience preferred.

Preferred Competencies

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
- Prior experience working on projects for major Middle East National Oil Companies (NOCs) will be an advantage; direct ADNOC project experience will be considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with owner-operator engineering standards and digital engineering platforms is preferred.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,350,000.00 per year
