Role: Sales Development Representative
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Infopark , Kochi
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- New customer acquisition activities, including lead generation and sales funnel development
- Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients
- Assessing client requirements & creating database of new clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as a business development or sales executive, with exposure to IT customer support
will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (optional)
- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client
requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport
- Time management and planning skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
