- Machine Setup & Operation: Preparing, operating, and managing Komori Sheetfed Offset Presses.
- Job Execution: Hanging printing plates, adjusting feeders, and controlling ink flow using console technology.
- Quality Control: Monitoring print quality on the fly, performing color checks, and adjusting for print defects.
- Maintenance: Performing regular wash-ups, cleaning ink rollers, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Workflow Efficiency: Utilizing Komori's automated systems
- Generally 2–5 years of experience operating Komori machines, specifically 4-color Komori Lithrone.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of offset inks, substrates (paper types), and 4-color print processes.
- Physical Aptitude: High mechanical aptitude for managing complex machinery.
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Printing Technology is often preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
