Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
CTC: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Up to ₹15,000/month)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and emails.
- Engage with prospective clients and understand their business needs.
- Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or Software Sales is preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹25,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month
