Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee RMC production, supply, and quality control across multiple sites
- Handle and manage multiple sites simultaneously ensuring smooth operations
- Review and approve mix designs as per project requirements
- Ensure strict quality checks (slump, cube testing, durability tests)
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Monitor batching plant performance and optimize efficiency
- Troubleshoot concrete quality and site-related issues
- Maintain reports (pour records, test results, consumption data)
- Supervise and guide junior engineers and plant staff
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications
- Manage vendors and ensure raw material quality

Pay: ₹15,768.52 - ₹54,913.91 per month
