Job Summary
The Special Educator will be responsible for identifying, supporting, and facilitating the educational needs of students with learning difficulties, disabilities, and diverse learning requirements. The role involves developing individualized educational plans, collaborating with teachers and parents, and ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and identify students requiring special educational support.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' needs.
- Provide remedial and specialized instruction to students with learning disabilities and special needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records and reports.
- Conduct parent counseling sessions and provide guidance regarding student development.
- Coordinate with psychologists, therapists, and other professionals when required.
- Support teachers in implementing inclusive classroom practices.
- Organize intervention programs and resource materials for students.
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Pay: ₹9,865.97 - ₹42,266.46 per month
