# Job Title: Loan Sales Manager
**Location:** Delhi
**Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
## Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Manager to drive sales of financial products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other lending products. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, customer relationship management experience, and the ability to achieve monthly business targets.
## Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and other sales channels.
* Promote and sell Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other financial products.
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, channel partners, and corporate clients.
* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and lender policies.
* Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products.
* Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records in the CRM.
## Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, BFSI, banking, or financial services.
* Experience in selling Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, or related financial products.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
