- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on international destinations, visa requirements, and travel trends.
