Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support & Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, handle order confirmations, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer support, telecalling, operations coordination, or customer service roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to confirm orders and provide order updates
- Handle customer support calls, WhatsApp chats, and online inquiries
- Manage and qualify incoming leads from website and social media
- Assign leads to the sales team and track follow-ups
- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for order processing and delivery
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues
- Maintain accurate records in Excel / CRM / Google Sheets
- Track daily orders, leads, and customer interactions
- Support in handling returns, replacements, and feedback
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi (Mandatory)
- Experience in customer support / telecalling / customer service / operations
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / Operations (Preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
