About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, deliver product demos, and drive conversions for our SaaS product. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn sales, communication, and CRM management in a fast-paced startup environment
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Deliver product demos (Zoom/Google Meet) effectively
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into customers
- Update and manage all interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams (product/tech) when needed
- Maintain a strong pipeline and sales tracking discipline
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
- Comfortable with client calls and presentations
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
- Willingness to learn SaaS products and technology
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM
- Basic knowledge of SaaS or tech products
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- Strong communication skills with excellent English speaking ability
