We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounts function and support the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee the company's finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and variance analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the Accounts & Finance team.
Project Finance & Cost Control
- Develop and monitor project-wise budgets.
- Track construction costs against approved budgets and milestones.
- Review contractor and vendor bills and certify payments based on project progress.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
Cash Flow & Receivables
- Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Monitor customer collections and milestone-based billing.
- Ensure timely follow-up of outstanding receivables.
- Supervise contractor, supplier, and operational payments.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and the Companies Act.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage banking relationships, project loans, cash credit limits, and loan documentation.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Perform other finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualification
- CA / CMA (Preferred), or
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong experience in finance and accounts.
Experience
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years in the Real Estate / Construction industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in project accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and banking.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and Companies Act compliance.
- Expertise in project finance, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Experience in customer collections and working capital management.
- Hands-on knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS and financial reports.
- Budget adherence and project cost control.
- Collection efficiency and reduction in outstanding receivables.
- 100% statutory compliance within due dates.
- Effective working capital and cash flow management.
- Cost optimization through financial controls and process improvements.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
