Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle independently. This is an urgent requirement for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical and business requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
Negotiate compensation, roll out offers, and follow up until candidate joining.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Required Skills
Minimum 1+ years of experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment.
Mandatory experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring.
Strong understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
