Job Summary
Universal Airport Assistance is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to lead and manage our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GST and UAE VAT compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and audit coordination. This role requires excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills to ensure accurate financial management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST and UAE VAT returns.
- Generate accurate MIS reports and financial reports for management review.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor company finances and recommend cost-control measures.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team while coordinating with other departments.
- Ensure timely completion of financial activities and reporting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of GST and UAE VAT filing.
- Experience in financial reporting and MIS reporting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
