Hunar – The Skill House is looking for a confident and communication-driven Admission Counselor / Telecaller to manage student inquiries and drive admissions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counseling prospective students, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach toward student engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Counsel students about courses and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain lead data and communication records
- Coordinate with the operations and training team
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecalling / counseling / sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Salary
Based on experience + Incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,356.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
