Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and social media.
- Research potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the creative, digital marketing, and production teams to prepare customized solutions and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the digital marketing, advertising, branding, IT, or media industry is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
