Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced GeM Executive with strong knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end GeM operations and handling government tenders for Audio-Visual (AV) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete operations on the GeM portal (product listing, bid participation, order processing)
- Identify and evaluate relevant government tenders for AV products and services
- Prepare and submit bids within deadlines
- Handle Reverse Auctions (RA) and bidding strategies
- Create and manage product catalogues as per GeM guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all tender and GeM documentation requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) for accurate submissions
- Track bid results, order execution, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation and tender records
- Communicate with government departments for clarifications and updates
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in GeM portal handling (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of government tendering procedures
- Experience in BOQ preparation, technical specifications, and compliance documentation
- Basic knowledge of AV products (projectors, LED walls, VC systems, etc.) preferred
- Good command of MS Excel and documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
